The staff, like Gihan at the reception, were incredibly attentive and professional. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the tasteful furnishings and impeccable cleanliness. The rooms were well-equipped with all the basic facilities I needed and the breakfast was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. I was also impressed with the location, as the staff were able to recommend places around Kandy for me to visit. Their extra effort, like helping me navigate the Esala perehera, made my trip even more memorable.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was well-rounded and there was nothing that I believe needed improvement.
